One of the LARGEST Outdoor fall community events on the Southside of Rock Hill !!

Our community partnerships keep growing.
We welcome the viral Mr. Chimetime reviewed Food truck, The Egg Roll Company.

R.E.A.C.H ( Remember Every Action Can Help) will be partnering again with Clinton College, & more than 80 businesses and organizations.

Set up Time: 2pm to 3:45pm
Rain Plan: The festival will be moved into the gym with activities adjusted accordingly to weather

While this is a FUN event, many of the tables will have much needed community resources and information you may not get during normal business hours.

FAQ:

What do I bring?
LOTS of Candy, tables, chairs, decorations, etc....... We do not supply any materials, etc nor are w responsible for missing or broken items.

How much Candy do I need?
We recommend the VERY Large bags from Sam's Club - at least 5,000 pieces.... 2 pieces a kid... trust me after making rounds, the average kid has over 150 pieces of candy.

Are Costumes required?
NO, they are completely optional

Can you sell?
Yes with prior permission and there is a fee of $25 to be paid upon approval. No chairs, tables, or electricity provided. All fee assist with prizes, more candy, etc

MLM businesses that require only that type of business must understand that there maybe more that just them or they can just give out candy and business information.

Is it Free if I just wanted to give out candy and information?
For organizations or businesses giving out information...it's FREE !!!

Your continued support helps provide a safe, fun, and family friendly environment. For over 7 years, we have had over 80 businesses and/or organizations and a combined 2500 attendees which gives the opportunity for free marketing, networking, and giving back to the community.
