? Hybrid (in-person & virtual) "networking event" for :
*8p patients and their families, based in Europe
*External caregivers of 8p patients
*Educators, teachers or other educational representatives of an 8p patient
*Clinicians who treat or support and 8p patient
*Scientific genetic researchers
?@Hospital Universitario La Paz (HULP), in Madrid, Spain
??OCTOBER 2022, date is approximative, but will remain around the end of the month
?A moment for 8p European families to come together, meet and greet each other in person
?A chance to collaborate with the scientists and doctors who are expanding European research concerning diverse 8p rearrangements
?LANGUAGE translations will be made available live and direct, either by human translators or via a robust cutting-edge translating software; LANGUAGE will NOT be a barrier! French, Spanish and English presentations are scheduled, so translations are of utmost priority.
?❓In the case that our grant request is approved via the European Joint Programme for Rare Diseases, families who are members of the organizing associations and residents of a European nation, will receive substantial assistance for travel expenses. We will have a final response by the end of March 2022.
