For new and experienced teachers, join Meghan for a yoga teacher tune-up that will help re-inspire your sequencing ~ Bring clear and easeful verbiage to your classes ~ and begin adding philosophy into your teaching that feels authentic and not forced.Take a dive into sequenceing. Learn how to see each aspect of a posture and which postures can follow any given posture and why. We will learn how to make a safe yet enjoyable sequence that feels attainable to new students and exciting for returning students. And, most importantly, we will look inward, to connect with the teacher in us, to study ourselves, and how we can continue to evolve as teachers. Continued inner growth as a teacher is imperative to holding space for our students so that they, in turn, can be their own best teacher.
Our ability to influence our students' lives is so much greater than our students' posture performance. Look deeper into why yoga has such a positive effect on your students and how to hold space for that in a clear, direct, and open way for all levels, both physically and mentally.
