"Practical Systema" is a seminar designed to deepen your understanding of the different layers in Systema training. You will explore gradual, safe movement, direct action with controlled force, and decisive destructive techniques.
Layer One:
Focuses on gradual, safe movement, similar to how tiger cubs learn to play. Large and Slow movements to understand basic principles and impact processing are key to building resilience and control.
Layer Two:
Centers around direct action with controlled force, much like law enforcement—controlling a situation or individual without causing (to much harm), following the principle of "To Serve and Protect."
Layer Three:
Involves decisive and destructive techniques, similar to military tactics, where threats are neutralized through elimination and complete control.
Additionally,
you will learn how to effectively integrate improvised weapons into your practice, enhancing your adaptability in real-world situations.
