
About this Event
In this calming and creative workshop, students will explore how writing can support mental health and emotional well-being. Through guided journaling prompts, creative exercises, and open conversation, students will learn how to express their feelings, reflect on their experiences, and develop healthy habits for self-care. Led by educator and Senior Civic Engagement Coordinator at 826LA, Ariana J. Ponce Olivares.
These free workshops are designed for up to 20 students. Reservations are encouraged: visit 826la.org/programs/workshops or call 310-915-0200. Drop-ins are welcome, if space allows.
Convenient self-parking is available under the museum. Parking entrances are located on the east side of Westwood Boulevard (northbound) or on the west side of Glendon Boulevard (southbound), between Wilshire Boulevard and Lindbrook Drive. There is a $8 flat rate all day on weekends.
Accessible parking is provided on levels P1 and P3.
