The Crim is excited to announce the 2nd Annual 810 Mindfulness and Yoga Retreat on Saturday, September 6th!The retreat will take place from 11am – 5pm at the historic Applewood Estate (1400 E Kearsley St., Flint, MI, 48503). The retreat will feature local practitioners, instructors, and artists who will guide participants through an immersive experience.
Registration covers entry to the retreat. Admission to Applewood is always free!
