8 Week course for Anxiety and Depression
Scientific research has now verified what ancient yoga texts told us thousands of years ago, yoga practices reduce negative mind states, we can take some control of the fluctuations of the mind.
Join an evidence based course that merges yoga practices, philosophy, science, mindfulness, connection & learning to support you with the physical and psychological experience of anxiety and depression.
