Join us for Intro to Pole in a small group setting starting January 15th- Thursdays at 12 pm! This series offers more personal instruction and you are guaranteed your own pole each week :)
Structured like our traditional pole series, but in a more intimate setting:
Throughout this 8 week course, you will learn pole alongside a cohort of fellow pole-newbies!
You will be introduced to basics such as dancing in heels, expressing your sensuality, and yes, even climbing up the pole!
***No previous dance experience required***
Strength is not a pre-requisite for starting your pole journey, but you will be blown away at just how strong (and fierce) you become. Our incredible instructors will meet you where you’re at and build onto your pole repertoire each week with tricks, spins, and choreo!
How the series is structured:
Week 1-6: Static (non-spinning) pole
Week 7&8: Spinning pole
As with all art forms, consistency is key in terms of growth. Open Pole (practice time with no instruction) between your classes is a great way to get really comfortable and confident with everything you learn.
Why pole? Pole dancing is not only an amazing workout, but it is playful, expressive, and FUN! Originating in the strip club, pole is a chance to fully embrace who are are and what your body is capable of.
