✨ Non-mobile babies are welcome

This is a safe, welcoming space to move, breathe, and heal—without pressure. Available for new mothers 6 week post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post Caesarean - attending a pelvic health physiotherapist prior to booking is highly recommended.
