Hi Burlington community! I’m Angie, a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with over 25 years of experience. I’m newer to Burlington (about 1.5 years), but have been running mindfulness training groups since 2011 in other cities and clinical settings.
Next month, I’m offering an in-person 8-Week Mindfulness Training (MBCT) program here in Burlington for adults feeling stressed, anxious, stuck in old habits, or worn down by the pace of life. It’s an **evidence-based program** that blends mindfulness meditation with CBT skills to help calm the mind and body, reduce anxiety and low mood, and respond more skillfully to stress.

� $600 (covered by most benefit plans under RP)
� Small group format, brief interview required
