Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? 🏐 Just Volleyball is thrilled to announce our upcoming 8-Week Volleyball Bootcamp, designed specifically for girls in grades 7-12 who are determined to improve their game, prepare for club/league tryouts, or bounce back stronger after not making their school team. 💜
What to Expect
Dates: The bootcamp kicks off on October 4 and runs through November on Mondays and Fridays, offering 16 sessions of intensive training.
Coach: The sessions will be led by Coach Justine, who is not only an experienced coach but also a lead scout for Prep Dig. This unique combination of expertise ensures that you’ll receive top-notch training and invaluable insights into what it takes to succeed at the next level.
Comprehensive Training:
Strength & Conditioning: Each session will include 20-30 mins of high intensity interval training to build the physical foundation you need to dominate on the court.
Mindset Coaching: Learn the mental strategies that top athletes use to stay focused and confident.
College Recruiting Insights: Gain insider knowledge on what college scouts are looking for and how to get noticed.
Weekly Focus: Each week, we’ll hone in on a different skill set, ensuring that you develop a well-rounded game by the end of the program.
