This course is suitable for anyone seeking greater wellbeing, particularly people living with chronic pain, illness, fatigue or long-term health conditions.
Itโ€™s best taken when life feels relatively steady, but that can look very different for each person โ€” if youโ€™re unsure, youโ€™re very welcome to get in touch and ask.

Iโ€™m Laura, a certified ๐๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ teacher. I took this course myself back in 2017 while coping with pain and the stress of an illness that hadnโ€™t yet been diagnosed. It helped me so much that I eventually trained so I could offer the same kind of support to others going through something similar.
