This course is suitable for anyone seeking greater wellbeing, particularly people living with chronic pain, illness, fatigue or long-term health conditions.
Itโs best taken when life feels relatively steady, but that can look very different for each person โ if youโre unsure, youโre very welcome to get in touch and ask.

It helped me so much that I eventually trained so I could offer the same kind of support to others going through something similar.
