After taking some sacred time to welcome our beautiful little son shine into the world, I’m so happy to share that I’m returning to the mat 💛✨Motherhood has filled my cup in the most incredible way — and now I’m ready to hold space again for your little ones. 🐻 🌈
🌿 Children’s Yoga is back! 🍃
Our first 8-week course begins March 5th at
Outside Lives, Maeshafn Road, Gwernymynydd, Mold, CH7 5LE.
This term we’ll be meeting each of the Yoga Bears and gently exploring the chakras in a way that’s playful, grounded and easy for children to understand.
Over the 8 weeks your child will:
🧸 Meet all of the Yoga Bears.
🌈 Explore a different chakra each week.
🧘 Move through themed yoga poses.
🌙 Experience guided meditations.
💫 Learn calming breathing & relaxation techniques.
💚 Build confidence, emotional awareness and connection.
As always the sessions aim to be nurturing and supportive, helping children feel safe, seen and empowered. 🩷
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and personal.
