Would you like to learn to transform a lump of clay into an artistic sculpture?🗿🤔In our ceramic sculpture class you will begin by learning basic techniques using tools, studio equipment, and clay. Instructor Katharine Schmidt will demonstrate construction of a human figure as well as creative ideas requested by students. You will be free to follow along with the main class project, or follow your own creative inspiration.
Open to students of all levels, instruction is individualized and students may work at their own pace. If you have experience hand-building pottery, you already have a head start.
