Step into the New Year with a gentle introduction to yoga designed to help you unwind, move with ease, and reconnect with your body. Across eight weeks, we’ll explore foundational poses, simple breathing practices, and mindful movement to build strength, flexibility, and calm from the inside out. Each session will guide you a little deeper, earning something new each week, while creating space to slow down, release stress, and find joy in the practice.
This course is open to complete beginners and anyone curious to discover how yoga can bring balance, softness, and steadiness into everyday life.
Instructions
Our studio provides all mats, blocks, and blankets, so all you need to bring is yourself, comfortable clothing, and some water.
