Oom Yung Doe teachs 8 Complete Martial Arts as one.
Each day of the week rotates through 1 of the 8 styles, and each month has 1 style focus.
Class flow:
- 5 mins deep breathing exercise
- 10-15 mins high intensity calistenic/plyometric warm-up work out.
- 10-15 mins high reps of different martial arts techniques and forms
- 10 mins of applications.
- 10-15 mins of applicable and simple self-defense technique practice and principles.
- Finish with meditation or technique repetition.
