Yoga is much more than just the poses! Join us for this awesome workshop series as we dive deeper into what actually is Yoga. At each gathering we will overview and discuss two of the 8 limbs of yoga. This series will be led by Melissa along with some awesome guest teachers!!We will gather in the Yurt on the first Saturday of each month of Jan-April. This offering is available in person in the beautiful Yurt at Soul Food Farm LLC in Shepherdstown, WV or virtually via Zoom.

If you miss a class you will have access to the Zoom recording to view on your own time.
If weather impedes travel, we will gather virtually via Zoom.
