The 8 limbs of yoga are a roadmap for living with purpose, presence, and peace. They include guidance for how we treat ourselves and others, how we focus the mind, and how we find stillness and connection within. “Asana” (the physical postures), is just one part of the eight-limbed path of yoga. The other seven limbs offer powerful tools for living with more clarity, intention, and connection.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore all eight limbs through:
A grounding asana practice
Guided meditation
Group discussion and reflection
Journaling prompts to take your insights off the mat
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, a fresh perspective on your practice, and a journal full of personal reflections to revisit anytime. Journal is included.
