As “Western” trained Health and Wellness providers we can learn a lot about treating the body as a whole, a practice that originated in traditional “Eastern” medicine and still lives on today. Let’s say a person comes to you with a shoulder problem. We want to help you not only understand how the rest of the body can be mechanically involved, but also how to create an ideal internal environment for healing to occur.

We will teach you how you can nourish the body, reduce chronic inflammation, and help the patient's mindset regardless of what they may be dealing with using our 8 Foundations of Health. Then we will help you be a detective for physical impairments (lack of strength or range of motion) with the 8 Foundations of Movement to find and address the “lowest hanging fruit” for that individual. All of this while getting a great workout in each day to keep the blood flowing & brain firing, a teaser for what you will learn in our 8 Foundations of Exercise + Performance courses down the road.
