� Simple Self-Healing Routine - An easy, supportive practice to take home, designed to gently bring ease and movement to the spine and body in just a few minutes.
� Small, Supportive Group Setting - Limited to 8 participants, ensuring a calm, intimate space where you can feel held, connected and free to simply be.
