In Phase 4 you'll learn evidence-based teaching approaches for dancers, and practice creating and teaching dance steps.

This is an in-person event.

The primary goal of Phase 4 is to provide a practical teaching framework that can be used no matter what you choose to teach. In addition to Datura Style technique and vocabulary, you’ll create your own step and teach it to the class using specific methods of observation and encouragement.

There is nightly reading & writing homework during the intensive. Once registered, you'll receive information to help you prepare. At the end of each intensive, participants may register to take the optional test so we may assess their eligibility for the next phase in the program.
