Themed around WW2, players create two 45 Ratings Casts, one representing an Allied commando unit, the other an Axis unit. Both units should contain a core of characterful Stars and Co-Stars and archetypal, disposable Extras. Figures may be metal or resin ‘off the shelf’ and/or converted plastics. A good source of inspiration are British or US war comics, movies and TV shows, or Italian Spaghetti War movies, of the ‘50’s, ‘60’s, ‘70’s and ‘80’s. Players take it in turns to undertake Episodes as either the Allies or Axis. The Allied players undertake a MoCIttWE (Mission of Critical Importance to the War Effort) and the Axis players have to stop them. The result of each MoCIttWE has an effect on the overall result on the day.
Episodes will be taken from the Core Rulebook and adapted to reflect the Genre setting. Profiles may be taken from the CRB or Pulp cards. Allied Casts use Heroes, Axis Casts use Villains, both sides may use Neutral Profiles.
