For the First Time in Kuala Lumpur – APCS 2025The Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) and Malaysian AIDS Foundation (MAF), together with IHRI, SWING, PT Foundation, Universiti Malaya, and CERIA, are proud to co-host the 7th Asia Pacific Chem-Use Symposium (APCS) on 19–20 November 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Under the theme Chems, Choices, Community, APCS is the region’s leading platform for advancing dialogue and knowledge on chem-use, harm reduction, and community health responses. For nearly a decade, the symposium has brought together researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and community advocates from across Asia Pacific.
