Before the hike starts, we will be providing Tamales, Sweet Bread & Coffee.

* 2 liters of water
* Back pack
* Hiking boots/trail shoes
* Comfortable work out clothing
* Bug repellent(optional)
* Snack/power bar
* Sense of Civic Duty
