This 18-hole scramble is in memory of Patrick Fridland, who loved golf. Sadly, Patrick passed away way too soon on May 24, 2018 from chondroblastic osteosarcoma (bone cancer) at the age of 24. It was Patrick’s wish to help others survive this horrendous cancer, so we created this event to help make this a reality. All profits from this event will be donated to osteosarcoma research in Patrick’s memory. The first six years of this special tournament have raised over $178,000, and our goal is to go over $200,000 with this year’s event.This year all participants may receive a commemorative t-shirt, which we need to order by August 18th, so it is imperative that we receive your registration form by that date, at the very latest. Also, last year’s outing had 160 golfers, which is over the maximum that the course can hold. As such, we need to limit the number of players to a similar number this year, so it would be wise to get in your registration forms as soon as you can to guarantee a spot. We don’t want to turn away any golfers but it is possible that it may come to that.
