The LakeBonisteelMusic Assocation proudly presents our 7th annual Orphaned Instrument Auction, Saturday, April 5th 2025. This is an event unlike anything you have ever seen! We gather some of the areas best musicians and pair them with newly renovated instruments. The performers entertain live with those instruments before we auction them off to our supportive crowd!
Proceeds go towards the LBMA Gary Sargent Memorial Music Fund. This fund allows us to pay for the instruments we give away at our Instrument Petting Zoo during LBMA FEST in June, and BlueChiliiGrass Festival in September. Additionally, these funds help pay for the five scholarships we award to students and schools at BlueChiliGrass Festival.
We have a wide range of instruments perfect for beginners or seasoned vets. Instruments available at the auction include guitars, basses, drums, keyboards, live audio and recording equipment, books, cases, gig bags, and much more!
Be sure to arrive early to register your paddle and take advantage of the item preview at 3pm. Performances and auction open at 4pm.
Cash is preferred however PayPal and Venmo are also accepted.

Both Maggie's Mexican Food and the American legion bar will be open for business and accept both cash and credit.
