You must be on a Tri Cities APA team and if you're currently not on a 9Ball Team with 20 or more 9Ball Matches Played over the last two years please reach out before Registering so we can assign you a SL. The Best Dressed Team will receive a FREE Entry BUT please no Face Paint!!! Doors will open at 9:00 am. If you Register please show up!! If you Register and your team can't make it please notify us ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to play in Pre Register Events again. This is a Ball Race with a Team SL Limit of 12. Tournament Participants will receive a FREE Halloween Shirt but it will be first come first serve on shirt sizes.
