The Art & Author Fair is held in conjunction with the Oddfellows Oddtoberfest Celebration, which includes live music, ethnic food & beverages, and children’s activities.Fees:
Indoor: Full table/2 chairs (8' rectangle) $30
Indoor: Half table/1 chair (4' of shared rectangle table) $20
Outdoor Space: 10x10 space (bring own tables/chairs) $10
(All sales handled & retained by artist/author.)
Registration Deadline: September 7, 2024
You may begin setting up at 12 pm the day of the fair. The event ends at 6 pm and as a courtesy to other attendees and shoppers, we ask that vendors do not pack up before that time. We find that the last hour can be very beneficial for sales as people arrive for the evening’s musical acts.

PUBLICITY NOTES: To assist us in providing the most effective publicity, please provide a short biography, description of your art or book blurb, a picture of you, and either a book cover image(s) or photo(s) of your art. Additionally, please include your website and contact information (however you prefer to be contacted by potential buyers of your work.) There are places to insert and upload those items in the registration form.
We'll be promoting via a Facebook event as well as printing out a flyer to hand to attendees.
