The holiday season has wrapped up, the chill is in the air, and it's time for some chili! The Annual Chili Cook-Off is the perfect opportunity for everyone to emerge from their winter hibernation and savor some of the finest chili in the River Valley, all while discovering who can claim the title of best chili!
This year, we’re focusing on meat-only chili. You can use any mix of meats you like. No beans or chunky veggies allowed—just meat and spices. We’re excited to see the creativity and skill everyone brings to the table, regardless of the type of meat used—be it cut, ground, shredded, or cubed.
To enter your chili, there’s a $15 fee. You’ll need to prepare at least 5 quarts of chili and have it ready by 1130am on January 18th.
Tables, outlets, bowls, spoons, and napkins will be provided.
For those who want to taste all the amazing chili, it’s just $10 in advance (up to January 17th) or $15 at the door!Tickets will go on sale January 1st.
Prizes include:
Grand Prize - $200, a Brewery T-Shirt, a 64oz Growler and Fill, plus a chance to have your chili featured on the Brewery menu.
Second Prize - $50, a 64oz Growler and Fill.
Third Prize - a 64oz Growler and Fill.
People's Choice - a Brewery T-Shirt, a 64oz Growler and Fill, and a chance to have your chili featured on the Brewery menu.
