The 7th Annual Battle for The Queenstown Cup will feature an A and B Grade, and it's looking like C Grade as well. Teams will be battling to follow in the footsteps of the Wellington Seals to become B Grade Champs while A grade teams will look to take the Cup from the Wakatipu Giant.Last year we had teams from Auckland, Wellington, Dunedin, Alexandra, and the rest of Central Otago. This year we've got a good mix of North and South Island teams, as well as some North Americans and Aussies flying in for the Cup!
We had some amazing hockey last year, capped off by a Double Overtime A Grade Championship game. Much like every year before it, this is promising to be the best one yet! Sundays Championship games will be followed by a BBQ and prize giving at the Garden Bar.
