General Information
Format: 4-Person Scramble
Entry Fee: $150 per person / $600 per team
Schedule:
- Check-in at 6:00 - 7:00 am
- Shotgun starts at 7:30 am
- Lunch, raffle drawing and awards at the end of the tournament
Entry Includes:
- 18 holes
- Awards luncheon
- A custom VTA Memorial Foundation polo and hat
- Amazing Swag Bag

Important Information
- Must submit polo size by August 25, 2025 to guarantee your polo size the day of the event.
