There is no entry fee, and any group or individual is invited to enter a float in one of the following divisions: commercial, non-profit, schools, antique automobiles/equipment, and motorized vehicles. Cash prizes for first place, second place and third place will be awarded in each division. Local and area marching bands are also invited to participate. Entrants do not have to live in Liberal.The parade, sponsored each year by the Liberal Rotary Club, is set to begin at 3 p.m. and will start on TRAIL ST going North to 11TH ST. run down Kansas Ave., (Line-up will begin at 2:30 p.m.).
