Handicapable access.
Parking Information/Handicap/Wheelchair Accessibility details:
Parking- There are some marked handicapable parking spaces located in the front of the parking lot closest to the door. They are not right next to the door, so there is a bit of a walk, but there is also valet parking available for your convenience that cuts down on the distance a bit.
Seating- There is handicapable seating and companion seats available about 4 rows from the front near our side entrance (which one of our greeters can point you to) and there is also a lot more options in the back row. There is space for wheelchairs and it is easy to maneuver a wheelchair next to a companion seat. Alert a staff member if you need assistance. We are here for you! If you don't need a handicapped seat, but need to avoid going down steps or need to have less steps to get to your seat, choosing a seat towards the back is best. There are wide walkways that have steps with railings that can help you move farther towards the stage. Our ushers would also be happy to help you to a seat that would work well for you.
Elevators- The elevators are located through the lobby and down the hallway in the back of the lobby. The main floor seats for the concert is on floor 2 or it may also be marked "mezzanine". The elevator DOES NOT go up to the balcony, so if you are uncomfortable climbing stairs, please choose main floor seats.
