Are you ready for 75 days of a healthier routine!? This challenge consists of 75 days of unlimited team training sessions, full meal guide & recipe book, before & after body scans and consults, daily accountability & tracking, and much, much more. Our kick off night will be on Monday, October 6th at 6 PM! We are limiting this program in spots to ensure all participants receive the accountability required to make this challenge a success. All fitness levels are welcome – this challenge is designed to help give you a healthier routine & lifestyle no matter what your starting point is!
This challenge will last 75 days (ending just before Christmas!) and all participants will get a tracker sheet. Each day that you accomplish the following goals you'll be able to check off the day. The goals are as follows:
Get 30 minutes of exercise
Track/Log your food
Get _____ steps (you determine what number is a reachable challenge)
