Join @butterflysoundhealing for a blissful 75-minute outdoor Gratitude sound bath and guided meditation at Balboa Park in sunny San Diego, CA.
My goal is to help bring peace, tranquility and community connection. 😊

☁️ Bring: Yoga mat to lie on, water, extras depending on weather (hot season: sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, items to shade yourself ~ cold season: a blanket & layers for warmth).

Oracle cards & aura spray
Sound healing with crystal quartz bowls, koshi chimes, and an ocean drum
Guided meditation
Pranayama / Breath-work
LOCATION: We will meet on the grass at Balboa Park on 6th Ave between Juniper Rd and Kalmia St.
PARKING: There is an abundance of free, street parking up and down Balboa Drive and Juniper Road.
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes as you relax and let go of stress. I will lead you through a gentle meditation, helping you reach a state of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
