June Charity | PSI Postpartum Support International | New Mexico Chapter | 75 Min Hot FlowAfter I had my daughter in 2012, I experienced postpartum/perinatal depression and anxiety that eventually became perinatal psychosis. I am grateful I was able to work with a Postpartum Support International (PSI) level two postpartum therapist while living in Phoenix, AZ. My perinatal therapist’s specialized training is one of the most important tools that helped me heal and continue to heal. Perinatal Mental Health is incredibly important not only for the mamas and babies, but also for the father/partner/spouse and supporting family, friends, and community. The more awareness, knowledge, and support we collectively bring the more we can continue to illuminate the importance of perinatal mood disorders and access to real time support across the globe and here with the New Mexico PSI Chapter. Help me raise funds and awareness for New Mexico’s local PSI chapter! I will be donating all proceeds from my donation-based 75 min Hot Flow Saturday June 29th 2024 1:00pm-2:15pm at Mi Vida Yoga and all additional donations collected during June will go to the New Mexico PSI chapter in downtown Albuquerque.
