Ayurveda is to yoga as the roadmap is to the journey. While yoga is the practice that moves you toward a goal of balance, Ayurveda provides the personalized knowledge and guidance to ensure that journey is effective and supportive for your unique constitution (dosha). This term we'll be discovering or perhaps re-discovering our Ayurvedic dosha's/constitutions - Vata, Pitta, Kapha - and ensure our practise is also keeping us in balance as we move into the depths of Vata season. We will learn that by understanding ourselves a little bit more, we can find more harmony and flow to our life and connection with the world around us.
