Teacher: Alice FleggJoin us for a 7 week TOTAL Beginner Lyrical Contemporary course for people who are brand new to the style!
Over the 7 weeks, Alice will introduce you to some of the foundational steps we use in our Lyrical Contemporary class, bringing in the basics of ballet and contemporary technique. And introducing you to some foundational floorwork and travel exercises (sound scary - are actually SUPER fun!). You'll also learn a range of routines - some soft and graceful, some fiery and powerful - helping you develop your ability to pick up choreography AND giving you a chance to really throw your body about.
By the end of the course, you have the knowledge, skillset and confidence to join our Beg/Int classes on Thursdays!
