Serving as a multidimensional map for our evolution, the Chakra system offers atreasure trove of personal information for our human journey. The seven main energy
centers ascend along the central channel of the spine and represent a different set of
lessons for our healing, growth, empowerment and expansion. Together they create a
robust holistic curriculum that supports us in getting to the root cause of dis-ease in the
body and mind, unlocking more of our creative potential and discovering a direct
connection to our Higher Self and unique path of purpose.
The 5,000 year old technology and teachings of Kundalini Yoga facilitates the
awakening process by activating the dormant Kundalini energy or Shakti that then
ignites the internal fire of the Soul and begins the journey of the expansion of
consciousness.

To offer a total learning experience, this series will be presented on three levels:
Lecture/information, somatic/embodied practice and as a progressive/transformational
process to safely support the awakening your Kundalini energy.
You will learn:
• How this intelligent subtle system works as a vital framework for the Kundalini
awakening process.
• Gain knowledge about the nature of your Life Force Energy and how you can use it to
consciously create the highest levels of health, happiness and well-being.
• Experience a quantum shift in your Self Identity as you discover which of your centers
are over/under developed and how to cultivate a coherent and integrated interaction
between all chakras.
• Practice powerful Kundalini yoga kriyas and meditations specific to each of the
chakras to awaken the subtle life force energy, balance the glandular system,
strengthen and vitalize the nervous system, clear the subconscious mind and
establish new habit patterns that initiate true empowerment and establish an
upgraded mental/emotional baseline.
• Increased intuition and higher sensory perception for clarity, discernment and
development of the meditative mind.
