About this Event
I will combine a crystal bowl sound healing ceremony, meditation, and energy balancing, to enhance the healing experience of developing self-love. I will be directing your awareness throughout the mind, body, breath, senses, and emotions then adding Taoist energy healing throughout the practice. This will bring you into a more relaxed state of being to go deeper into self-love.
We will take a deep dive into discussing these 7 challenges. We all have the same challenges as we grow spiritually. It can be difficult on developing self-love, but understanding these challenges can help to understand the human experience on a Deeper Level. I will share with you the ancient Taoist & Buddhist philosophy on these 7 challenges we all face. We will discuss how exploring these topics literally can raise our vibrations, and help us to go within. There is a shift happening on this planet, and this shift is requiring people to go deeper. In this class, I will go over the importance of understanding the healing effects of meditation, energy work, and how to cultivate your own energy. We need to heal mind, body, and spirit if we truly want to develop self-love. No one else can do the work for you. Only you can heal yourself!
These 7 challenges come from sacred wisdom that my Teacher Wong Loh Sin See has shared with me and his students over the years. Wong Loh Sin See, - is a pure spirit and has never been incarnated. I have been an initiated student for over 20 years. He has given me a lot of insights and wisdom on how we can expand our consciousness and develop self-love
My background is in eastern philosophy and I have extensive knowledge of the first 5 branches of Chinese Medicine.
