Captains meeting is an in person event. We will meet up at the Shell Station on Hwy 20 outside of Canton. Address is 8274 Knox Bridge Hwy, Canton, GA 30114. Meetup time is 5:30 AM on September 21st, we will go over rules and basic tournament info there. This is an open lake tournament. The furthest point north that you can launch is Fields Landing Park. You can fish above this into the river but must launch and take out from here. All other public ramps south of this are allowed. Launch is at 6:30 AM. Lines in is at 7:00 AM. Lines out will be at 3:00 PM. Weigh in at 4:00PM back at the Shell.We will be uploading our catch to the member Facebook page. (I can also judge from phones if cell service is an issue.)
Entry fees are $50 for tournament (Note $5 of the fee from each angler is set aside for the AOY prize a the end of the season). Optional Big Bass pot of $10.
If you haven't already filled out a 2025 waiver then please get yours sent in before the tournament just to save time. If you are unable to do it online I will have some that can be filled out at the captains meeting. I will arrive early to allow anyone that needs to fill one out by hand to do so.
