I just received my brochures for every place we are visiting.
Contact the Chamber of Commerce for Cape Cod, Rhode Island, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and Boston. And they each will send you brochures for the area and you can be planning your trip.
I will only be taking 1 bus….

7 Day NEW ENGLAND STATES TRIP
WHEN: July 13-19,2024
Boston, MA
Cap Cod, MA
Martha’s Vineyard
Nantucket
Newport, RI

Dates:
Saturday July 13th, 2024
We will load at 11:30am & Depart at Noon.
Pick Up location is
Ingles 4345Fort Henry Dr, Kingsport TN
Exit 59 off interstate 81 directly behind McDonald’s and Taco Bell.
We will travel thru the day and night. We will stop for supper.
We will stop early morning to freshen up for the day.
Sunday July 14th
We will freshen up and head to Boston Massachusetts for the day.
We will drop off at the Long Wharf area.
We will pick back up at that location at 7:30pm.
We will drive to Cap Cod and spend 3 nights there. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
The hotel is @ 1 hour from Boston.
We will stay in Cape Cod at Hampton Inn and suites 99 Route 28 Main St. W., Yarmouth, MA 02673
Plan all your days as to what you’d like to see and do.
Night one
Monday July 15th
Breakfast will be available at the hotel.
8:00am we will load the bus and the driver will take us to Hyannis terminal for the day and will pick us back up at the same location at 8:30pm.
These three days you can choose going to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, or Cape Cod Hyannis downtown. You have a few options there.
Night two
Tuesday July 16th
Breakfast is available at the hotel.
We will load the bus at 8:00 AM and be dropped off at the Hyannis terminal again and will pick up at 8:30 PM that night.
Night three
Of these three days in Cape Cod if you are not ready to go back to the hotel and be picked up at the designated location and time you would let me know the morning that we drop off that you will not be returning to be picked up that you will be getting other transportation back to the hotel.
Wednesday July 17th
We head to
NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND
It’s about an hour and a half from Cape Cod to Rhode Island
Breakfast will be available at the hotel.
We will load the luggage this morning and check out of the hotel and make our way to Newport, Rhode Island
Drop off @ 10am at the Gateway visitor center & pick up at 9 PM same location and we will be staying overnight in Newport, Rhode Island at
Hampton Inn and suites Newport Middletown 317 W. Main Rd., Middletown, RI 02842.
Night 4 of hotels.
If you are not ready to be picked up at 9 PM, you would let me know that morning so I wouldn’t be looking for you to reload on the bus but you would have to get your own transportation back to the hotel
Thursday July 18th
Breakfast will be provided at the hotel
We will load the luggage at 9AM and check out of the hotel.
You will be dropped off again at 10 AM at the Gateway visitor center and the pick up time will be7PM at the drop off location and we will head back to Tennessee overnight and Friday morning. Eat supper before loading at 7pm.
Friday July 19th
Arrive back home Time TBA once we get rolling Thursday night.
1 rolling suitcase, per traveler with your name on it and Jenkins redeye bus travels stapled to the handle. Your luggage will be handled at each hotel and put in a storage.
You can bring pillows, blankets, neck pillows on the bus for traveling .
Please dress for cooler temperatures on the bus if you are cold natured, please layer in clothing. If you are one that tends to be hot, please do not layer and wear lighter clothing.
We will make stops throughout the trip, and those are set by the driver.
This trip please make sure that you check your calendars for next year 2024 and that you would be able to take the trip. If you pay a deposit no refunds can be given as I have several different places that I have to secure the motorcoach I have to secure the hotel rooms etc. by certain dates.
The price is based on per person to a room and as follows
One person is $1900
Two people is $2400 - $1200 each
Three people is $2925 - $975 each
Four people is $3400 - $850 each
The more to a room the less the price.
This includes your transportation, breakfast each morning, 4 nights hotel stay, Luggage handling at the hotels, drivers gratuity.
DEPOSITS are accepted
To secure your trip it will be $500 per traveler.
That is to secure your seat, hotel stay at 2 hotel locations.
BALANCES are due by
April 1,2024.
Not late payments!
I cannot add late. Once I sell out that’s all. The one bus is all I am doing.
I have room assignments to be turned in.
This will be a GREAT trip!
I enjoyed Boston, Rhode Island and Maine myself this month. It was so nice.
