We will host this retreat in the beautiful Algarve area in the south of Portugal. Bodhi Bhavan, a secluded retreat center near the top of Picota mountain, is surrounded by gardens and nature, allowing you to engage in the retreat in an inspiring environment without any distractions.

The retreat costs EUR 1950. The costs include your accommodation in the convenient guesthouse, guidance from Master Niels, nourishing food, and transport from and to Faro. Flight tickets to Faro International Airport are to be purchased by the participant.

Master Niels, the founder of the Inner Mind Institute will guide you during this special retreat. Master Niels has 15 years of experience with mindfulness and has already guided many retreats in The Netherlands and Thailand. In 2020, Master Niels lived as a Buddhist monk in a monastery in Thailand for an entire year in his search for enlightenment.
