Join us for a transformative experience as we explore the 7 chakras through the soothing rituals of tea, meditation, and creative expression. This mindful gathering promises to be a journey of healing and connection, where we will dive deep into the energies that flow within us.

As we sip on specially-selected teas that resonate with each chakra, we will engage in guided meditation, allowing ourselves to connect with our inner selves and the energy that surrounds us. This nurturing environment will foster a sense of support and sisterhood, encouraging everyone to uplift and inspire one another on our individual journeys.

Experience the gentle flow of Qigong, a practice that harmonizes the body and mind. Led by an experienced instructor, we will move through calming exercises that promote relaxation and energy, enhancing our connection to self and the shared experience.

To enhance your experience, we invite you to bring along a notebook or journal and a pen. Use them to capture your thoughts, insights, and reflections throughout our journey. Each moment of exploration will be an opportunity to create a deeper understanding of yourselves and the collective energy we share.

We warmly welcome you to join us for this mindful journey! This event promises to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Please be on time or plan to arrive early. Our door will be locked 10 minutes after the event time. Our door is right next to the Pumphouse Cafe. Please look for a glass door with " the Studio 1016". Our tea house requests that you leave your shoes off for our sacred space; feel free to bring your socks if you don't like being barefoot. This event is not refundable if you can’t make it at the last minute. Please let us know at least 2 days ahead. Thank you so much for your understanding.
