7-0-4 The Culture Fest is a 1-day attraction celebrating black creatives and urban culture in Charlotte, NC. The event was founded by Tierra Bratton, an independent filmmaker in Charlotte. Expect a fun-filled day of art, film, music, fashion, food, games and good vibes!
