Three nights of top-shelf offerings at LowDown, Tulsa’s premier listening room, feature jazz guitar icon BILL FRISELL; Grammy winning American songbook maestro DOM FLEMONS, whose mission it is to preserve and push forward America’s Black musical traditions; and the ferociously danceable Afro-Cuban ensemble CHANGUI MAJADERO.
