Welcome to the 6th Annual SSA National Conference in Seattle, Washington!
Join us for a 2 day event: Day 1 at the Maydenbauer Center in Bellevue Washington! Day 2 at UW Kane Hall in Seattle Washington!
This conference will bring together Somali students, scholars, and community leaders from across the nation to engage in discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities that foster cultural awareness, academic growth, and professional development. The theme for this year’s conference will focus on “Working Towards Establishing a Voice for the Diaspora and Furthering the Narrative for the New Somali Identity”. We will also be celebrating Somali culture through art performances such as dance, riwaayad , musical performances from special guests that you don’t want to miss! It will be the biggest event of the year!

Day 2 University of Washington Kane Hall 4069 Spokane Ln NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Doors open 5:30pm event ends at 9:00pm
