🤟Free to All Current and Previous Members and Associates of Preventative Life. Please feel free to bring a friend. You may also simply walk/run the 5k if you like to keep it simple.
🏃🏃♀️Run/Walk approx. 3.4 miles
🚴🚴♀️Bike approx 6.2 miles
🛶Drag/Carry Kayak approx. 1/4 mile
🚣🚣♀️Paddle Kayak downriver to Brooklyn Bridge approx 2.5 miles
‼️ Must supply your own gear, equipment, time, energy, and ability.
***This is NOT a training, coached, sponsored, or fundraiser event. This is just to let others who want to get active on a the weekend in the morning to come do the activity they choose run/walk, bike, kayak at their own pace and distance of choice in the spirit of being thankful for their health. All of this is done at your own risk and voluntarily.
