Where: Frank's Tree Service 6377 Partners Ave, Marion IA 52302
What: Free Coats, hats, & gloves for kids of all ages. Free Food, Free Hair cuts, Music, Live dance Performance put on by local kids.
Kids must be present otherwise 1 Adult will only get 1 Coat for a child.
