Stony Point Project Graduation is hosting their Annual Craft and Vendor fair on Saturday December 14, 2024 to help raise money for our end of year celebration. Tons of fun. Craft Vendors, Performances, Pancakes w/ Santa, Silent Auction, Raffles, and MUCH MORE!!!
ATTENTION ALL VENDORS:
Set up will be on Friday 4-7 and on Saturday morning and begins at 7:30 am. The event begins at 9 am and ends at 2:00 pm. Vendors must be packed up and their booths cleared by 3:00.
Each booth will be 10 X 10. We will provide one (1) 6 ft table and 2 chairs per booth.
Cost is:
1 space: $60
2 spaces:$100
Need Power: $75 per unit.
Food vendors (trucks) are $125.
Being as this is a fundraiser, we require a donation of an item/basket for silent raffle from all vendors.
First come first reserved. Please let us know what you are selling, so we can oversee that there won't be any duplicates. Also, please keep in mind that this is a school event, so all items need to be family appropriate!
Deadline for registration is December 1, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
Payment can be made in cash or by check payable to Stony Point HS Project Grad. Checks can be mailed to us at 1801 Tiger Trail, Round Rock Texas 78665. We will email you a receipt after your payment has been received. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions.
